This survey was carried out by Manly Hydraulics Laboratory, Sydney, Australia for the NSW State Government as part of a wider investigation on hydrology/hydraulics software. The MHL paper scheduled for the February 2006 NSW Flood Management Conference as mentioned in the introduction is now planned for the same conference in 2007.
