TUFLOW operates on a scheduled release cycle, with one major and one minor releases per calendar year, supported by intermediate patch releases as needed. Major releases allow the possibility of changes to results (for example, as a result of default parameter changes to reflect continued advances in the underlying science). Minor releases include feature updates and additions only.
TUFLOW's release version numbering adopts the following format: major.minor.patch
