Responsive and helpful support is provided by the TUFLOW team of highly experienced modellers and the developers themselves. Our team is based in locations around the world, covering all business-hour time zones.

When emailing support@tuflow.com the following information can help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible:

  • Attach the relevant log file (or extracts), depending on the product used:

          —  TUFLOW Classic/HPC: .tlf and/or _hpc.tlf files

          —  TUFLOW FV: .fvc and/or .log files

          —  TUFLOW Catch: .log file

  • Attach an image or text copy of the simulation window or console output.
  • If referring to an ERROR, WARNING or CHECK message, quote the message number where available.
  • If a TS, TSV or TSCa ID appears in the subject of our email replies, please ensure this ID remains in the subject line during follow-up correspondence. This helps track requests efficiently.
